Self Love Meditation with John Morris
Agoy was created by John Morris for the purpose of removing your fears, worries and anxieties.
John’s vision was to combine movement, sound, colour and energy into a simple, powerful practice.
John shared his vision of Agoy with Jason Watson. And the two set about developing Agoy, combining together several powerful wellness techniques into one super powerful simple practice.
Typically, Agoy is a group class guided by the instructor.
The core of the practice is centred around focusing on 7 areas of the body in succession.
Meditative focus is applied to the 7 areas of the body with the help of movement, sound and colour, while the Agoy energy helps to clear mental and emotional stress.
